FAQ
Common questions about ARC Raiders Expeditions, our tools, and this fan site. Start with the Expedition overview or the Glossary.
-
Is this site official?
No. ARC Raiders Expedition is an independent fan resource. It is not affiliated with Embark Studios, Nexon, or ARC Raiders. Always verify critical requirements in-game or via official patch notes.
-
Do the tools connect to my game account?
No. Countdown, checklist, and stash calculator run entirely in your browser. Saves use local storage on your device; nothing is sent to game servers from this site.
-
How often are guides updated?
When expeditions or economy patches change requirements, guides are revised and dated. Check each article’s dates and the site footer “data last verified” note; if numbers disagree with your client, trust the game.
-
What is an Expedition in ARC Raiders?
Expeditions are optional prestige cycles: complete six donation stages (including Load Stage coin targets), then depart during the departure window. You lose most character progress but gain permanent account rewards like skill points and stash slots.
-
Where do I start if I am new to Expeditions?
Read the Expedition overview, then How it works, the current expedition checklist (e.g. Expedition 3), What resets, and Rewards. Use the checklist and countdown first, then the stash calculator only for catch-up planning or archive comparisons.
-
How do I search the site?
Use the search icon in the header or open the Search page. Pagefind powers client-side full-text search after the site is built.
-
What are the six Expedition stages?
Typically: Foundation, Core Systems, Framework, Outfitting, Load Stage (category coin value donations), and Departure. Exact items and quantities change per expedition number; see the Expedition 3 guide for the current list.
-
How does Load Stage work in ARC Raiders Expeditions?
Load Stage measures donated items by vendor sell value grouped into categories (such as Combat, Survival, Provisions, and Materials). You need to hit each category’s coin target. Our stash calculator helps total sell value from your stash list.
-
What is the ARC Raiders Expedition departure window?
It is the fixed period when you can complete departure after finishing all stages. If you miss it, you usually wait for the next published opportunity. Use the countdown tool for the schedule we track and confirm in-game.
-
What resets when you depart on an Expedition?
Most character-side progress resets (gear, blueprints, workshop, level, etc.) while many account rewards persist. Read the What resets guide before you commit — nothing on this site replaces reading the official game UI.
-
What rewards do you keep after an Expedition reset?
Permanent account rewards can include extra skill points, stash slots, and certain cosmetics, depending on the cycle. Expedition 3 now ties its main five skill points to a damage challenge during the live window, while catch-up still uses stash value. Temporary boosts may also apply.
-
Is there an ARC Raiders Expedition 3 requirements checklist?
Yes. Our Expedition 3 guide lists stage-by-stage donations and links farming where relevant. Pair it with the interactive checklist tool for tracking on a second screen.
-
How do I farm items for Expeditions faster?
Use the farming hub for map-focused routes tied to checklist items (e.g. Firefly Burners). Bring a loadout suited to ARC fights and watch patch notes for spawn or economy changes.
-
Does ARC Raiders Expedition have catch-up skill points?
Later cycles can offer discounted catch-up paths toward skill points for players who missed earlier departures, with caps. Values change by patch; check expedition-specific guides and official notes.
-
Can I use Expedition tools offline?
After pages load once, checklist and stash data in local storage can persist between sessions. Search (Pagefind) needs the index after first load. You still need connectivity to receive guide updates after deploy.
