How to Farm Firefly Burners
Firefly Burners are required 5x for ARC Raiders Expedition 3 Framework. Farm Firefly ARC on Dam Battlegrounds or Spaceport, target the right weak points, and extract once the bodies are looted.
Firefly Burners are one of the highest-pressure Framework items in Expedition 3 because you need 5 of them and they come from a specific ARC family. Each extra burner sells for 1,000 coins, but the real value is getting your Framework turn-in done quickly.
Where Firefly Burners come from
This is an enemy-drop-only item. Burners come from Firefly ARC kills, not from containers.
The most reliable patrol areas right now are:
- Dam Battlegrounds: Hydroponic Dome Complex swamp and nearby patrol lanes
- Spaceport: launch pads and open tower approaches
Farm route
- Load Dam Battlegrounds or Spaceport based on which map your squad knows better.
- Move straight to Hydroponic Dome Complex on Dam or the launch pads on Spaceport.
- Clear Firefly ARC patrols, focusing thrusters and the underbelly after armor breaks.
- Loot the corpses and extract at the nearest Raider Hatch once you have a clean set of kills.
How to fight Firefly ARC cleanly
- Keep range. Fireflies are much easier when you do not let the flamethrower dictate the fight.
- Do not drift into messy close-range finishes just because the target looks weak.
- If the area gets loud, leave. Burners are a farm item, not a reason to take every follow-up fight.
Current guide consensus is that these patrol areas are reliable and consistent, but not guaranteed in the way a scripted boss room would be.
Solo vs squad
This farm is solo viable, but it is faster with a squad because one player can hold a clean angle while another loots the body. If you are solo, prioritize one controlled engagement over chasing every Firefly sound cue you hear.

- Third parties after long fights in Dam
